Uditi Singh became emotional while speaking about her past relationship with actor Karan Wahi inside the Bigg Boss 20 house. The actor, who is currently a contestant on the reality show, opened up about the relationship for the first time since entering the house.
Before the premiere, there had been speculation that Uditi and Karan, who previously dated, might enter the show together. However, Uditi entered the house alone. During a conversation with fellow contestants Qazi Touqeer, Mahhi Vij and Aman Gandhi, the topic of her former relationship came up.
Uditi said that even if Karan had entered the show with her, she would have treated him like any other contestant. She made it clear that she had moved on from the relationship long ago and that his presence would not have affected her significantly.
However, while discussing their past, Uditi revealed that the relationship had once been quite serious. She recalled that the two first connected after she sent Karan a direct message on Instagram regarding a restaurant in London. Karan was in London at the time, and they eventually met and spent time together with his friends.
According to Uditi, their friendship developed over the following weeks and eventually turned into a relationship after about two months. During the COVID-19 lockdown, she moved to India and was looking for a job at a multinational company while also staying closer to Karan.
Uditi said their relationship was not casual and that they had even discussed marriage. She described the breakup as a difficult phase in her life.
While recounting those memories, Uditi broke down in tears. Mahhi Vij and the other contestants immediately gathered around her and hugged her, offering comfort as she became emotional.
Uditi and Karan were reportedly in a relationship for more than two years before their breakup in 2022. Karan Wahi is currently participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. He has appeared in several popular television shows, including Remix, Dill Mill Gayye, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He also made a guest appearance on Bigg Boss 13.
While Uditi insists she has moved on, her emotional confession on Bigg Boss 20 gave viewers a glimpse into how significant the relationship once was.
