Former reality TV stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sprawling Georgia mansion has been sold for $3.67 million, following years of financial difficulties, foreclosure proceedings and legal disputes surrounding the property.
The 15,600-square-foot Milton home, known as The Manor, was sold on June 30, according to property records cited in reports. The sale has once again brought attention to the couple’s turbulent financial and legal history.
Zolciak and Biermann purchased the mansion for $880,000 in October 2012, several months after their wedding. The property features seven bedrooms and had been one of the most prominent assets associated with the former couple.
Financial problems began to surface in 2023 when they reportedly defaulted on a $1.65 million loan linked to the property. Truist Bank subsequently began foreclosure proceedings.
The mansion was first listed for sale in October 2023 for $6 million. However, the property eventually sold for just $2.75 million in December 2024, shortly before a scheduled foreclosure auction.
The sale did not immediately end the couple’s association with the property. On April 8, 2025, US Marshals reportedly arrived at the mansion and removed Zolciak and Biermann after they remained at the property beyond the period allowed under their rental arrangement.
The removal reportedly lasted around three hours. On the same day, Zolciak was also reported to have sold furniture from the house through Instagram, including her daughter Ariana Biermann’s bedroom set.
The mansion later returned to the market in February 2026, when its new owners listed it for $4.65 million. The listing highlighted features including a wine cellar, home theatre, private massage room and detached garage suite.
However, the asking price was repeatedly reduced. It fell to $4.19 million in March and then to $3.89 million in May before the property finally changed hands for $3.67 million on June 30.
The final sale price was nearly $1 million below the 2026 relisting price and substantially lower than the $6 million asking price in 2023.
Meanwhile, Zolciak has moved into a smaller home in Georgia. She previously said she was happy with her new residence and described it as a fresh start.
The sale marks the latest chapter in the long-running financial and legal troubles surrounding the former couple and their once-luxurious Georgia property.
