Arijit Singh’s ₹11.8 Lakh Concert Package Sells Out Fast, Diljit Dosanjh Caps Tickets at ₹18,000

Arijit Singh’s 2027 India tour features luxury concert packages priced as high as ₹11.8 lakh, while Diljit Dosanjh has capped his most expensive India tour tickets at ₹18,000. The contrasting pricing strategies highlight two different live music experiences for fans.

Arijit Singh’s ₹11.8 Lakh Concert Package Sells Out Fast, Diljit Dosanjh Caps Tickets at ₹18,000
Arijit’s Luxury Meets Diljit’s Affordability

News Desk: Arijit Singh and Diljit Dosanjh are preparing to bring their music to fans across India, but the cost of watching the two stars perform live differs dramatically. While Arijit’s upcoming 2027 tour offers premium concert packages priced as high as ₹11.8 lakh, Diljit has kept his most expensive tickets capped at ₹18,000 for his India tour.

Both singers are drawing significant attention, with Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium set to host the opening show of Arijit’s tour, while Diljit’s India leg begins in the Delhi-NCR region in November.

Arijit Singh’s premium concert experience

Arijit has announced a nine-city India tour to mark 20 years in music. Scheduled to run from January to May 2027, the tour will feature popular songs from his career, including Tum Hi Ho, Agar Tum Saath Ho and Vida Karo.

Ticket prices begin at ₹999 for entry-level seats at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. At the other end of the scale, a premium 15-seater table at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse is priced at ₹11.8 lakh.

According to thumpN, the tour’s official ticketing partner, some of the most expensive packages across cities cost between ₹7 lakh and ₹10 lakh. These packages are designed for groups seeking an exclusive experience, with couch seating, special gifts, premium alcohol bottles, dedicated entry and exit points, and separate lavatories.

The experience also includes a social media feature: a dedicated content creator will film an Instagram Reel featuring the guests and share it with them the following day.

Despite the steep prices, demand appears strong. Reports suggest around 60% of the highest-priced ticket categories have already sold out. Arijit has attracted premium buyers before, with a 40-seater lounge at a Pune concert reportedly selling for ₹16 lakh three years ago.

The 2027 tour is expected to attract around five lakh people across nine cities. Ahmedabad will host the opening show on January 9, followed by Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Pune, Indore and Hyderabad.

Diljit Dosanjh keeps ticket prices below ₹18,000

Diljit has taken a different approach for the India leg of his ongoing Aura World Tour. Following the success of his 2024 Dil-Luminati Tour, which reportedly generated ₹943 crore in revenue, the Punjabi singer is preparing to perform across several Indian cities.

His most expensive tickets for the upcoming shows are priced at ₹18,000, making the concerts accessible to a wider audience compared with Arijit’s ultra-premium hospitality packages.

Diljit’s India schedule begins in Delhi-NCR on November 1, followed by Indore on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 21, Mumbai on November 27 and Bengaluru on November 29. The tour continues to Lucknow on December 5. A Chandigarh show has also been announced, although further details are awaited.

Two stars, two concert experiences

Arijit Singh rose to prominence after appearing on the reality show Fame Gurukul in 2005 and went on to become one of Hindi cinema’s most popular playback singers. Diljit Dosanjh, meanwhile, has built a career spanning music and acting, earning a substantial following in India and overseas.

Their upcoming tours highlight two different approaches to live entertainment: Arijit’s premium group packages cater to audiences seeking luxury and exclusivity, while Diljit’s ticket-price cap offers fans a comparatively affordable way to experience a major concert.
