The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the NEET PG 2026 admit card for candidates appearing in the postgraduate medical entrance examination. Registered candidates can now download their hall tickets online through the official NBEMS examination portal using their login credentials.
The NEET PG 2026 examination will be conducted on August 30 in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The exam will take place in a single shift from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Candidates appearing for the test are advised to download their admit cards well in advance and carefully check all the details printed on them.
The admit card contains important information including the candidate’s name, photograph, examination date, reporting details and allotted test centre. The detailed centre address is particularly important, as the earlier city intimation slip only informed candidates about the city assigned to them.
To download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official NBEMS website and open the NEET PG section. They can then select the admit card link and log in with the required user ID and password. After the hall ticket appears on the screen, candidates should download and print a copy for examination day.
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre along with a valid original photo identity document. They should also carefully follow all instructions mentioned on the hall ticket regarding reporting time and items permitted inside the examination centre.
The NEET PG examination is conducted for admission to postgraduate medical programmes, including MD, MS and PG Diploma courses. With the examination just days away, candidates are advised to focus on their final revision and avoid relying on unverified information circulating on social media.
NBEMS has also warned candidates about fake claims and notices related to the examination. Candidates should depend only on official NBEMS communications for information regarding the admit card, examination centre and test-day instructions.
With the admit card now available, candidates should verify every detail carefully and contact the examination authorities promptly if they find any discrepancy. The August 30 examination will be held across multiple cities and centres in the country.
